The 2021 Pre-Super Bowl Zoom-tacular

Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, we were unable to hold our annual celebrity dinner in person in 2021. Instead, we talked football. On January 28, 2021, the week before Super Bowl LV, we got together a panel of top NFL analysts, past head coaches and players to discuss the big game.

Almost 500 guests joined us for our virtual event with Host, Joe Tessitore, along with ESPN’s Chris Berman, Las Vegas Raiders Head Coach John Gruden, Former Head Coach of the Bills/Jets Rex Ryan, 2-time Super Bowl Champ now turned NFL Analyst Booger McFarland, Future NFL Hall of Famer Jason Witten, former UCONN & NFL QB Dan Orlovsky, and NFL Insider – Adam Schefter.

Each of the guests wowed and amused the crowd with tales from the field and beyond while commenting on the upcoming game between the Chiefs and the Buccaneers. It was a night to remember filled with funny stories, unique auction items, and a fun Q & A between Joe & our panel of experts. Together with our NFL stars, and many valued sponsors, our community raised more than $240,000 toward alleviating the financial hardships Connecticut cancer patients and their families endure.
